Contract Cancellation by the Client

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees shall apply:

30 days or more before arrival: 0% of the reservation amount.
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation amount.
No-show: 100% of the rental amount.

No refunds will be made if the guest voluntarily shortens their stay before the scheduled departure date.

Modifications by the Company

If, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company's control, the booked accommodation cannot be occupied, the Company will provide the guest with alternative accommodation of the same or higher standard, with no compensation or refund due from either party.

Data Protection

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data ("LPD"), we inform you that, by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the Company's files for the purpose of providing and offering our services.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, with the Company acting as the data controller.

Booking Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with the reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Short stays may be subject to an additional final cleaning fee.
To confirm the reservation, an initial payment of between 10% and 30% of the total booking amount is required, depending on how far in advance the reservation is made.
The remaining balance must be paid between 45 and 30 days before arrival, depending on the booking date.
Arrival instructions (check-in details, access information and emergency contacts) will be sent two days before arrival, provided that all payments have been received in full.
Guests must comply with the accommodation rules. Failure to do so may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the property's standard electrical outlets is strictly prohibited. Charging is only permitted at properties equipped with a dedicated EV charging point or a specially designated outlet, and only with the Company's prior written authorization. Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional charges for electricity consumption and/or the partial or full retention of the security deposit if any damage to the electrical installation or any other loss is caused.
Check-in is available between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed before 10:00 a.m. Failure to comply with these times may result in additional charges.
A refundable security deposit of between €100 and €500 (depending on the property) is required, either as a credit card pre-authorization or in cash, to cover possible damages, additional cleaning costs, theft, or departures outside the established check-in/check-out times. The deposit will be refunded after the property inspection, within two weeks after departure.
Once a property has been booked, changing to another property will not be possible without additional charges.
All properties include an initial basic supply of household essentials (kitchen paper, toilet paper and, in some cases, condiments such as salt and pepper). Once these items have been used, they will not be replenished by the Company and it will be the guest's responsibility to purchase any additional supplies.
Please take care of the property as if it were your own home and refrain from any behaviour that you would not consider appropriate in your own residence.

TOURIST TAX (ECOTAX)

The Parliament of the Balearic Islands has approved the Sustainable Tourism Tax, applicable to all stays from 1 July 2016 onwards.

This tax must be paid directly to the accommodation provider by bank transfer or credit card upon arrival.

Rates per person, per day:

4-star superior, 5-star and 5-star luxury hotels and aparthotels.
Tourist apartments with 4 keys or higher.

4-star and superior 3-star hotels and aparthotels.
Tourist apartments with superior 3 keys.

1, 2 and 3-star hotels and aparthotels.
Holiday rental properties.
Rural accommodation.
Cruise ships.

Guesthouses, inns, campsites, hostels and mountain refuges.

Discounts:

75% discount during the low season (1 November – 30 April).
50% discount from the 9th day onwards for stays longer than 8 nights (cumulative with the low-season discount).
