Ideal for walkers who want to enjoy, the beautiful Boquer Walk or cyclists who come to enjoy the mountain roads through pine forests. The luxury newly built property, is situated in a quiet residential area in the small town of Puerto Pollenca, at the foot of the Traumentina Mountain range a UNESCO world heritage site.
Just 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and the seafront restaurants and 10 minutes from the Market Square.
The open plan lounge kitchen provides plenty of space to entertain, eat and relax.
The kitchen has two ovens, an America fridge-freezer with an ice-dispenser, full size wine fridge and porcelain worktops.
With seating and dinning space for 10 guests you can relax and chat or watch movies on the Smart TV.

The holiday property, boasts 5 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, two additional guest WCs, provide spacious accommodation for up to 10 people.
The property has its own separate utility room equipped with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Relax on the roof terrace with breath taking views of the mountains and beyond, cool off with the outdoor shower.
The large private pool is entered via a central staircase with a maximum depth of 1.8m and a shallow zone for smaller children.
There are enough sunbeds, umbrellas and towels for each guest, as well as a hot and cold pool shower and a gas barbecue.
The large covered terrace, overlooking the pool has a dining table that also seats 10 for Al Fresco dinning.
