Villa Las Palmeras is a beautiful rustic-modern style house situated within walking distance of the quiet village of Pollensa. It is an accommodation for 4 people, ideal for small families and small groups. The villa is very close to the best beaches in the north of the island.
The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with fireplace and air conditioned and a fully equipped kitchen. It is worth mentioning that the villa has high speed internet so you can telework or connect whenever you want. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and another bathroom.
Outside there is a large garden with a private swimming pool with sun loungers and garden furniture to beat the heat and enjoy pleasant moonlit dinners with mountain views. It also has private parking for one car.
