Welcome to La Sort Llarga, a welcoming countryside house located in a rural and peaceful setting in Pollença, ideal for enjoying an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. With an area of 240 m² on a single storey, this villa combines comfort, Majorcan tradition and all the modern amenities you need.

The house features a spacious and bright rustic-style living room-dining room, equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or on an excursion. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, large fridge and an osmosis system for drinking water, for greater convenience.
It has 3 double bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with a double bed.
1 bedroom with two single beds.
Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and all are equipped with Smart TV. The accommodation also offers 2 full bathrooms: one interior with a towel rail and another with a shower with external access.

The highlight of the house is its private round swimming pool (3.5 m x 3.5 m, maximum depth of 1.5 m), ideal for cooling off and enjoying yourself in a natural setting, especially for the little ones. Outside, you will find a covered parking space for 2 cars.
The spacious furnished terrace is perfect for outdoor meals and dinners. It features a barbecue with its own refrigerator and a relaxation area with sofas to enjoy long Mediterranean nights.
