Es Reig is a rustic Mallorcan style finca located close to the quiet village of Pollensa, and the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. The property has a main building and a separate guest house with double bedroom, bathroom, living/dining room with open plan kitchen, and a wooden loft with another bedroom with two single beds.
The main house is built with quality materials and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious open plan living/dining room with fireplace and kitchen. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom of about 70m2 with a terrace and splendid panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the mountains. This bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a large bathroom with bath and shower.
Between the two houses there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for all guests to relax and read a good book, surrounded by large manicured gardens and comfortable porches with a fantastic barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.
