It has a capacity for 2 people with 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living/dining room with TV and Wifi. It has 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house.
Bed linen and towels are included.
It has a large free parking area in the back of the apartment.
It is a third without elevator.
PINEWALK: In front of the apartment you will find a large pedestrian area that communicates with the center, ideal for taking a walk at sunset and relaxing while watching the impressive views of the bay of Puerto de Pollença.
It is the ideal place to spend your holidays as a couple, with your family and for retirees looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday.
You can find 3 local markets, on Wednesdays in the port of Pollença and on Sundays in Pollença and Alcúdia.
Nearby are famous and emblematic beaches such as Formentor, Cala San Vicente, GOLF courses (Alcanada and Pollensa) and the Puerto de Pollença Nautical Port.
Easy connection to Palma, 45 min by car by motorway and 40 min from the airport. It has nearby bus stops and taxis that communicate with any side, beaches, golf, restaurants, etc.
Close to Pollença, Alcúdia and Puerto de Alcúdia and 10 minutes by car from the famous Hidro-Park water park, the ideal place to spend a fun day with the family.
